Opera Providence’s Enrico Caruso Patron of the Arts Award honors those who have dedicated themselves to the betterment of the community through personal excellence in, support of and generosity towards the arts and education. The 2007 Enrico Caruso Patron of the Arts Award will be given posthumously to Angela P. Regine, for her 50 years of dedication and work in education, specifically in special education, and for giving children access to the performing arts, and opera in particular.
